My favorite is to use a Black Magic Tip on one end and a Silicone Cap on the Patent App. Pending No-Roll arm. This keeps it from rolling away, nothing metal to touch the vehicle, precision, and cushion and just pop off a pressure fit tip and have the ultimate precision of the mirror polished tip.
